Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success.
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction activities to verify adherence to building codes and project specifications.
- Assess all materials upon delivery to ensure they meet required standards.
- Document inspection findings and report any compliance issues.
- Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor work quality and materials to uphold quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform inspections or arrange for inspectors to comply with safety and regulatory requirements at each job site.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of site activities, including visitors, tasks performed, materials used, and issues resolved.
- Identify and address conflicts and challenges, facilitating meetings and coordinating with team members across various roles.
- Experience in site preparation and grading is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ProCore is advantageous.
- Ability to develop and communicate a comprehensive project work plan, monitor workforce performance, and ensure coordination among various project trades.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with clients and contractors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
- Compensation: Minimum: $145,000; Maximum: $176,000. This range reflects the salary the firm believes is appropriate for this position based on qualifications and location.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
