About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a leadership role in our supply chain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and finance professionals, to gather relevant information and align on demand forecasts and inventory strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all products and services based on historical sales data, market trends, customer insights, and channel partners.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales patterns, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities and make proactive recommendations to optimize inventory allocation and replenishment.
  • Lead the demand S&OP reviews to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and inventory management strategies.
  • Continuously improve forecasting models, tools, and processes to enhance forecast accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components in line with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, and inventory optimization tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
