Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Lifeguard to join our team at the Alpine Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of students and staff while on campus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide lifeguarding services during designated hours
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the pool area
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and near-miss events
• Participate in regular training sessions to maintain certification
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users

Requirements:

• Current Lifeguarding certification
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform lifeguarding duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a lifeguarding role
• Knowledge of pool safety procedures and protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
