Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-time Furniture Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for unpacking, installing, and moving commercial furniture to meet customer expectations.

  • Unpack and install commercial furniture, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Follow installation techniques and blueprints accurately, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Safely handle equipment and maintain a clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Actively engage in the company's safety program, reporting any incidents or near-misses.

  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Foster positive employee and customer relations, providing exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates urgency and excellent follow-through, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Acts professionally and reports to work punctually, adhering to company standards.
  • Possesses strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Works well in a team environment and with individuals at all levels, promoting collaboration and communication.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift duration, with regular breaks.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance if needed.
  • Able to push and pull 200 lbs, with proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in office furniture installation or related skills.
  • Familiarity with small hand tools and reading blueprints, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in Customer Service or a related field, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
