About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Apprentice II to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health and wellness topics
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
  • Associate of Science in Nursing degree
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of North Dakota
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • Acceptance into an approved apprenticeship program
