Core Responsibilities:

  • Expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring top-notch quality in both flavor and presentation.
  • Efficiently operate coffee machinery, including espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.
  • Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and accommodating special requests with a friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, as well as a clean and welcoming café environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with patrons and providing insightful information about our beverage selections.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for coffee and beverage crafting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
