Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is a leading medical aesthetics platform with a strong presence in the US. We are seeking a skilled plastic surgeon to join our team at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, LLC in Eugene, Oregon.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgical techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include consulting with patients, advising on surgical options, and performing surgeries and patient follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with patients to discuss their medical history and examine their files
  • Outlining risks and benefits associated with surgery
  • Consulting with patients on aesthetic and reconstructive procedures
  • Preparing patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures
  • Prescribing medication and providing aftercare advice
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Handling administrative duties such as updating patient records

Requirements:

  • Medical degree
  • Completion of a residency program
  • Additional training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery
  • Years of practical experience in surgery
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Sound understanding of patient aftercare and wound management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
