About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Carter's Retail Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
