Key Responsibilities:- Develops and implements individualized care plans, incorporating medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments as needed.
- Maintains accurate records of patient conditions, communicating effectively with care teams, physicians, and family members.
- Assists patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education and advocacy for their physical and emotional well-being.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
- Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), Perioperative Nurse (CNOR)
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently
