As a Level 3 IT Specialist, you will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and support, providing high-level technical expertise for complex issues. You will diagnose and resolve intricate hardware, software, and network problems, and create and maintain detailed knowledge base documentation for Level 1 techs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Troubleshooting and Support
2. Provide high-level technical support for complex issues
3. Diagnose and resolve intricate hardware, software, and network problems
4. Technical Documentation
5. Create and maintain detailed knowledge base documentation
6. Security and Compliance
7. Monitor and enforce IT policies and procedures to protect company data and systems
8. User Training and Support
9. Provide training and mentorship to Level 1 IT techs and end-users
10. Vendor and Asset Management
11. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement
12. Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking
13. Incident Management
14. Report incidents for critical IT issues
15. Continuous Improvement
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and tools

Requirements:

• CompTIA Core 3 certs (Network +, Security+, A+) or similar
• In-depth knowledge of at least 1 EHR system
• Prior experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Languages preferred (Python, JSON, SQL, Azure CLI, Graph API (HTTP/HTTPS))
• Prior experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools
