Electroplating Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Electroplating Specialist to join our team at Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and enforcing a safety culture that prioritizes proper process and PPE usage within the workplace. Key duties include:

• Performing plating operator duties as required.
• Preparing machined parts for the electroplating process.
• Loading prepared parts into the automated plating system.
• Loading the appropriate recipe programs for each part.
• Initiating and monitoring the plating process.
• Inspecting parts for defects once plating is complete utilizing various inspection criteria and tools.
• Working with plating technicians and engineers to ensure issues are evaluated and resolved.
• Collaborating with other departments to process parts/jobs through their schedule to ensure absorption metrics are met.

This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortability with Acidic/Caustic Chemistry.
• Experience working in a chemical production environment or plating industry.
