Histology Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Histology Generalist to join our team at Antech Diagnostics. As a Histology Generalist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory analyses and tests, including the collection, preparation, and examination of tissue samples.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory analyses and tests, including the collection, preparation, and examination of tissue samples.
• Set up and operate laboratory instruments, including microtomes and staining equipment.
• Prepare and examine tissue samples, including grossing, embedding, and sectioning.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including laboratory results and quality control data.
• Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Grossing Tech/Histology Tech.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
