As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a consultative sales approach, you'll guide customers through their options, leveraging your drive and passion for helping people to create meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize AT&T's full suite of products and services to provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure customer needs are met.
