Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Patient Care Technician (PCT). As a PCT, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and build meaningful relationships.

• Deliver direct patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including tracking vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics, empowering them to manage their condition effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid certification as a Hemodialysis Technician or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dialysis unit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
