Pizza Restaurant Shift Leader

Round Table Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of our store outlets. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the store, managing resources efficiently, and handling stock, staff, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise store staff and ensure excellent customer service
Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
Commercial awareness and excellent organizational skills
Confidence and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong verbal and numerical communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
IT proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
