About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic RN to join our Neurovascular Unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate assessments, effective treatment plans, and excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.\
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.\
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with best practices and medical advancements.\
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, manage resources, and optimize patient outcomes.\\/ul>\

Requirements and Qualifications

  • \
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.\
  • BSN or higher degree preferred.\
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.\
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.\
  • 1-2 years of acute care experience.\\/ul>\
