Chief Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team as a Chief Psychiatrist at Physician Empire in Michigan. As a key member of our academic faculty, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and contributing to the development of our Psychiatry department.

This is a full-time employed position that offers a very competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will have both clinical and academic responsibilities, including teaching residents and medical students.

The successful candidate will be clinically responsible for the overall provision and integration of medical services provided to patients on our inpatient unit. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to our mission of providing excellent education and support to our patients and staff.

• Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical leadership to our Psychiatry team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Teaching and Education: Contribute to the teaching and education of residents and medical students, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Scholarly Activities: Participate in scholarly activities, advancing our knowledge and understanding of mental health and developing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in Psychiatry, with relevant experience in an academic or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership, teaching, and research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
• A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Psychiatry department.

We offer a very competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
