About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at The Menta Education Group. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech-language assistance to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Support Students: Provide individualized support to students with communication disorders, ensuring their behavior aligns with programmatic expectations.
  • Develop and Implement IEP Goals: Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to develop and update IEP goals and progress reports.
  • Provide Speech-Language Services: Deliver speech-language related services as outlined in student IEPs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep up-to-date records of student progress, including related service logs and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited university program.
  • Current License: Possess a current Speech-Language Pathology license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
  • Clinical Competency Certification: Hold Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) or be in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program.
