Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with meals, snacks, and hydration, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, using proper lifting and transfer techniques to prevent injury.
- Assist with recreational activities, such as games, arts, and crafts, to promote socialization and engagement.
- Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster(s).
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Compassion towards residents and their families.
