Job Summary:
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leadership to the healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to adults, pediatrics, infants, adolescents, and elderly patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care through physical, psychological, and social assessments.
- Formulate nursing diagnoses and communicate findings to physicians and mid-level providers.
- Manage and organize patient care, incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities.
- Education of patient's family and other healthcare team members on health maintenance and disease processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Baccalaureate degree preferred.
- Valid nursing license as recognized by the state of Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, days.
Full-Time Equivalent:
Hours per week.
