Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 12-hour day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and policies.
- Develop and oversee patient care plans, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison among various healthcare disciplines to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Execute physician and nursing orders effectively.
- Assess and manage discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Illinois Board of Nursing prior to the start date or job transfer.
- A diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure is mandatory at the time of hire.
