We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Conductor Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Switch railcars and operate trains in a safe and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and report daily work to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
This is a safety-sensitive role that requires working in extreme weather conditions, walking and performing work on uneven surfaces, and working around heavy and moving machinery.

Requirements- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to report for duty at the designated work location
- Able to work safely in extreme weather conditions

Relocation and Union InformationRelocation assistance is not available for this role. You will be required to join the SMART-TD or BLET union, and dues will be required per union agreement.
