Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical guidance and support to outpatient team members
- Stay current on best practices in outpatient care and provide training to team members
- Integrate education into patient care and advocate for patients' rights
- Assist management in developing and implementing strategic policies and procedures
- 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience
- Greater than one year of RN experience in addition to prior Cardiology Nursing background
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
