We are currently seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to contribute to our vibrant kitchen environment. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes that delight our guests.

Your passion for high-quality food and commitment to creating memorable dining experiences will be essential. With your background in culinary arts, you will adeptly manage various tasks while fostering a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere. A valid ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification is preferred.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with safe and sanitary food-handling standards.
• Monitor the freshness of ingredients by conducting quality checks and managing inventory effectively.
• Regulate cooking temperatures to guarantee food safety and quality.
• Prepare and season dishes according to established recipes or personal expertise.
• Ensure even cooking by turning or stirring food as necessary.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism and promptness.

• Prior experience in a culinary role is preferred.
• Possession of ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift over 30 lbs.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods, exceeding 8 hours.
