Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team as a traveling medical professional. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate medical imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and safe positioning.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required for imaging procedures.
  • Develop and process radiographs, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT).
  • 2+ years of experience in radiology, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
