CNC Machinist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team at START. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, as well as performing various tasks related to tooling and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality tools and parts
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and techniques

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
