At RPM Living, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our internal audit team. As Director of Internal Auditing, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our assets and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan aligned with our organizational policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of internal auditors in evaluating adherence to operational policies, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash control at the property and organizational level.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Present audit results and improvement recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred.
  • Ten years of experience in the Multifamily Industry.
  • Eight years of experience in internal auditing or related financial roles.
