Forklift Technician

Fresh Express seeks an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility.

• Operate powered equipment, including forklifts and jacks
• Maintain accurate and timely workflow for all assignments
• Comply with SOPs, safety guidelines, and Fresh Express policies
• Document all functions performed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

To be successful in this role, you should possess basic math skills and strong communication abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Polish language skills are a plus. We prefer candidates with forklift certification and a high school diploma. Previous experience in the food industry and familiarity with voice-order picking systems are advantageous. Additionally, we seek self-motivated individuals who require minimal supervision and direction. A minimum of one year of forklift experience, warehouse experience, or experience working in a cold environment is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
