Recreation Therapist

At On With Life, we are seeking a highly skilled Recreation Therapist to join our team. As a Recreation Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with brain injuries or other neurological conditions achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

• Conduct personalized assessments to identify each person's leisure and recreational interests and opportunities.
• Develop and implement individual and group interventions to promote engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with the transdisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and outcomes to inform treatment plans.

• Master's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or other neurological conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
