Job Overview

Hawaii Fluid Art Dallas LLC is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to fill the role of Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, as well as carrying out various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide art instruction to customers and employees
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Assist with customer service, providing exceptional support and a positive attitude
  • Manage the store's security system, ensuring the security and integrity of the store
  • Assist the store manager and assistant managers with daily operations, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Coach and train employees, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring the store is prepared for business and secure at the end of the day
Requirements
  • At least six months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or key holder role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
