This Eye Care Specialist position at G Brock Magruder MD PA in Palm Beach County requires a skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized eye care services to patients, ensuring accurate lensometry and frame fittings.
• Work closely with ophthalmologists and optometrists to interpret prescriptions and provide recommendations.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure optimal product variety.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in optical sales; optician license in Florida a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
