Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including furnaces, base plates, and hearths.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, making necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct yearly maintenance checks on equipment, including magnetic particle checks.
- Maintain and repair buckets, rods, and other fixtures used by production.
- Ensure the proper functioning of vacuum, cooling, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform upgrades and installations of new systems as required.
- Operate and monitor HIP vessels, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform gas analysis during HIP runs and maintain the gas analysis system.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Manage inventory and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Operate forklifts or hand trucks to move equipment and materials.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform maintenance duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
