At Heartstrings Pet Hospice, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home euthanasia and aftercare services for geriatric and terminally ill pets. Our team of compassionate professionals is committed to delivering high-quality care with empathy and understanding.

We're seeking a skilled Veterinarian to join our team as an In-Home Veterinarian in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care, guide families in making end-of-life decisions, and build relationships with local veterinary clinics.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree, 1+ year(s) experience as a practicing veterinarian, and a valid driver's license. You'll be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. assisted, and possess manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to maintain steady hands while using medical tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, along with benefits such as health insurance plans, mileage reimbursement, quarterly productivity bonuses, retirement plan, life insurance, paid time off, bereavement leave, paid parental leave, professional training and development, and pet insurance.
