Gibbet Hill is seeking a skilled Host/Hostess to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and warm greeting
• Manage reservations and seating to ensure prompt and efficient service
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials, making recommendations to guests as needed
• Monitor the dining area and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
