As a Dialysis Healthcare Provider, you will be responsible for delivering patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. This will include:
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
Teamwork
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients. This team includes nurses, technicians, social workers, and dietitians.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
