Qualifications (Requirements):

Responsibilities:
  • Execute high-quality water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, well-stocked, and organized, and take care of all company equipment.
  • Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call rotation as necessary.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
  • Support fellow team members and take on leadership roles when opportunities arise.
