This is a full-time opportunity featuring a competitive salary along with a commission structure, providing an appealing compensation package for the ideal candidate.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $50 per hour, contingent on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose and resolve automotive issues
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake assessments
- Identify and relay additional repair requirements to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and completing repairs promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies consistently
- Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement through regular training programs
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive repair is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- ASE certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy items, and stand for prolonged periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must possess personal tools and reliable transportation
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
