Financial Analyst

We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing team at Pure & Gentle, Inc. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to drive business decisions.

This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days of work from home and 3 days in our office in Seguin. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a financial role. They will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as cost analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial role.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

Salary: $85,000 per year
