We are currently seeking Housekeeping Inspectors to enhance our operations.

Role Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of an inspector is to verify that housekeeping staff adhere to all quality and performance benchmarks, ensuring that all resort accommodations meet our rigorous cleanliness standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and sanitizing units, which encompasses bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, desks, and flooring.
  • Facilitating the training of both new and existing staff members.
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns within units.
  • Assessing carpets, drapes, and furnishings for any signs of damage or wear.
  • Coordinating with housekeepers to address areas requiring additional cleaning.
  • Managing inventory by replacing missing items.
  • Promptly addressing guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintaining organized storage areas and overseeing supply inventories.
  • Utilizing cleaning supplies and equipment in an efficient manner.
  • Documenting any lost or found items.
  • Ensuring all staff present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Demonstrating a sense of urgency with housekeeping personnel to guarantee timely unit turnovers.
  • Willingness to undertake operational duties as directed by management.
