Job Title: Retail Processor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Processor to join our team in Naples, Florida.

About the Job:

This is a full-time/part-time position responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and be able to meet or exceed set production goals with a focus on process improvement and increase productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and record donations
  • Sort donations according to the Kaizen system
  • Meet or exceed production goals
  • Assist in all areas of the production process
  • Cross-train to cover other specified job descriptions as needed

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Standing for long periods and occasional temperature fluctuations
