About Us:
We are recognized for our expertise in the design, manufacturing, and implementation of comprehensive systems tailored for industrial finishing and powder coating processes. Our solutions include custom-engineered pretreatment washers, drying and curing ovens, environmental chambers, conveyance systems, and control mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with project teams to develop strategic action plans and accurate cost assessments regarding materials, time, labor, and other necessary resources for project completion.
- Assist in formulating project plans and designs, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Evaluate and recommend materials, equipment, and methodologies pertinent to the project.
- Monitor the progress of development projects to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct cost comparisons between actual project expenditures and initial estimates.
- Engage with the design team to modify plans as challenges arise.
- Assess equipment, systems, and processes to identify enhancements that boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Compile and present regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Guarantee adherence to industry codes, guidelines, best practices, and organizational policies.
- A degree in engineering is preferred, though significant relevant experience may be considered.
- Willingness to travel minimally during the project lifecycle, from initial site assessments to installation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with SolidWorks is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
