Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Taylor Forge Engineered Systems, Inc.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.

• Operate various machine tools, including horizontal and vertical boring mills, lathes, and milling machines, to perform basic layout and machining operations.
• Set up and align components in machine tools according to specifications.
• Grind tools to the correct cutting geometry.
• Maintain equipment in good working order by performing small repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with moving materials and equipment within the plant using jib cranes, forklifts, and other mobile equipment.

• 24 months of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds up to waist level.
• Capable of reading and understanding engineering drawings and documents.
• Familiarity with basic math computations involving decimals and fractions.
