Job Summary

Trilogy Financial is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Assistant to join our team. As a Wealth Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and clients by providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and financial planning expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing client materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist clients with financial planning and investment decisions, including researching and recommending investment products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including communicating effectively and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including changes in regulations and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and support the growth and development of the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Series 65 and Life & Health Insurance licensure required.
