Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team at EVERSANA. As a Quality Control Associate, you will be responsible for conducting quarantine releases, performing quality inspections, and providing QC support for investigations and product inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quarantine releases and quality inspections according to internal requirements and special customer procedures.
  • Provide QC support for investigations and product inspections.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring by downloading data loggers and associated temperature devices for product contained in inbound deliveries.
  • Perform essential duties and responsibilities, including performing quarantine releases, environmental monitoring activities, inspecting and verifying product, supporting client launches, participating in process improvement, and all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to inspect, audit, and critically assess.
  • Orientation to detail.
  • Ability to write clearly and informatively, edit work for spelling and grammar, vary writing style to meet needs, present numerical data effectively, read and interpret written information, use presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing software, communicate effectively with all levels of management, and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple instructions, manage multiple high-priority projects, and handle spontaneous changes in priorities.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience in quality assurance, quality control, or inspections. Some college preferred.
Working Environment

The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.

Warehouse: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks in a busy environment. Bending, squatting, pivoting, and stooping may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
