Job Summary

This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating assigned engineering work at manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, project management experience, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering work at assigned manufacturing facilities.
  • Maintain effective communication between all disciplines and project participants.
  • Work with multiple departments to define and execute successful projects.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects with varying scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Identify, define, program manage, and implement equipment/process/building/utility installations within the integrated supply chain.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating technical and management aspects of projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of end-user experience with CapEx projects, maintenance, equipment/process design, and food production environment.
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
