Job Overview

At IGE, we are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will play a critical role in the production of exhibits and displays using a CNC machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Fabrication: Work with CAD, DXF, and DWG files to design and fabricate components for exhibits and displays.
  • Routing and Cutting: Calculate dimensions and route-cutting sheets of various materials to ensure precise cuts.
  • Efficiency and Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the fabrication process.
  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install components to create finished exhibits and displays.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the CNC machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage supplies and tooling for CNC operations.
Requirements
  • CAD and CNC Experience: Minimum one year of experience working with CAD software and CNC machines.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members and management.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and CNC programming software.
