Veterans Healthcare Provider

We are seeking a dedicated Veterans Healthcare Provider to join our team at Valor Healthcare. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, effective communication, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive medical care to veterans, including routine check-ups and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient management plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Stay current with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage with patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Master's degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience in primary care or ambulatory care settings.
- Credentialed and in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA).
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of employment or any U.S. state or territory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills and a service-oriented demeanor.
