Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Unit Manager to join our team at York North Nursing & Rehab in York, PA. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
