About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack.NET Developer to join our team at Biller Genie. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions in an Agile environment. If you are a super-utility programmer with a passion for learning and collaboration, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our technical support team to identify, reproduce, and remediate bug tickets
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop solutions from idea to implementation, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Architect future-proof solutions to support growing business needs, considering system impact
  • Gather and refine requirements, and release software in a timely fashion
  • Be adaptive and strike a balance between speed and efficiency
  • Perform 90% hands-on development
  • Participate in agile ceremonies to estimate and execute programming projects
  • Perform other duties required by Management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on programming on the.NET platform using C#
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ASP.NET (MVC)
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Azure - Azure Functions and Queues
  • Extensive knowledge of software development, QA methodologies & release process
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS including jQuery
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • Exposure to building web services using Web API
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design and proven implementation skills
  • Previous experience working with source control tools (TFS, SVN, or GIT)
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • .NET Core, Code First migrations and Observer Design Pattern a huge plus
