Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team at Pegasus Senior Living. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current license as an LVN/LPN or RN.
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience working with older adults (preferred).
- Leadership and supervisory skills (preferred).
